Advanced Structure Panel
Advanced Structure Panel
Advanced Structure is a quality profile of selected issues, significantly important to structural sandwich constructions, with reference to objective quality measures. Advanced Structure, has been developed as a tool for the customer to ensure that the product he is buying meets the most demanding requirements for load-bearing sandwich panels, representing the highest quality standard in terms of:
Strength
Durability
Fire Safety

InstaBuilder Advanced Structure results in secure strength properties, reliable long-tern durability and fire safety in sandwich panels. The essential characteristics of Advanced Structure panels can not be identified visually but they can still be measured and controlled in the manufacturing process.

EWP Wall Panel

ESP Wall Panel

With Stucco Acrylic Finish

Description: The Textured Finish is a 100% acrylic based coating that is spray applied to the exterior metal face of the insulated panel. The net result is a stucco-like surface that adds architectural appeal. The factory application of the finish is a major advantage to contractors allowing the finished panel to be installed in cold and wet climates.

EWP panels offer contemporary styling in an easily installed product. The profile gives any building a strong vertical accent that is ideal for pre-engineered and conventional building construction. Minor flutes in the flat surface of the profile (EWP-F) are standard and are designed to aid in reducing the potential for waviness or oil canning. The panel is also available without the minor flutes (EWP-P) as an option. This Tecfoam panel is filled with non CFC polyurethane modified isocyanurate foam achieving R-values up to 34.6.

Dimensions: Nominal 36" coverage; Thickness (T) – 2", 2 ½", 3", 4" and 5".
